I process this data solely to handle your enquiry and to provide you with a suitable offer. Form submissions are processed via Formspree (Formspree Inc., 1123 Broadway, Suite 220, New York, NY 10010, USA). Formspree processes your data on my behalf pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. The transfer to the USA is secured by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) under Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures at your request). Retention period: Your enquiry data will be deleted after the enquiry has been fully processed, and at the latest after three years.

§ 3 Contact by Email or Phone

If you contact me by email or phone, I will process the data you provide (e.g. name, email address, phone number, subject matter) to handle your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures). Retention period: Data will be deleted after the enquiry has been fully processed, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
